Chris Brown is doing his best damage control

Look, I like Chris Brown. He works for the Bills and he doesn't really have much of a team of producers or shooters in comparison to other NFL Teams. Gee what a surprise, the Bills are cheap when it comes to their video content. But Brown at least does his best updating his blog, along with video pieces daily. But his latest blog reeks of propaganda. This was his latest blog:

When asked by the media about standing behind Dick Jauron and the team’s coaching staff, players were quick to do so.

“Absolutely,” said Kyle Williams. ”We’re behind everybody in this organization. We’re behind the head coach, the O-coordinator, the D-coordinator and all the players. We believe in one another and we just have to go out and win football games. That’s what it’s all about.”

“Yeah definitely,” said Keith Ellison. “We have a lot of faith in our coaches and a lot of confidence in our team. All of us are 100 percent behind them. We’re going to get this thing turned around.”

Thank god Keith Ellison is behind Jauron. I mean when you think of great leaders like Darryl Talley, Jim Kelly, and Sgt. Slaughter, you have to put Ellison up there. I'm sure Ellison loves kissing Jauron's ass because he's a starter. Did Brown have the PR people find him that quote? Seriously, no one cares or believes people are behind Jauron.

Brown then went on to blame Edwards lack of production to the offensive line.

For the season now Edwards stat line reads as follows.

70-117 (59.8%) for 790 yards (6.75 yds/att), 5 TDs, 5 INTs, sacked 16 times and a passer rating of 76.5.

Not being an apologist here, but seeing that he’s been sacked an average of four times per game is a small indication as to the pressure he’s been under when back in the pocket. Not saying that’s all a protection problem, but it’s part of the equation.

So judging by Brown's blog, Jauron and Edwards are the least of the Bills problems. Yeah..OK. Did I mention Brown is a paid employee for the Bills?
